HUMANOID was founded on a simple observation: humanoid robots are entering Australian homes and workplaces, and the service infrastructure to support them doesn't exist yet. We built it.

Headquartered in Melbourne with locations in every major Australian city, we are the country's first and only dedicated independent humanoid robot service network. We operate with the rigour of enterprise IT service management and the hands-on expertise of precision mechanical engineering.

We are manufacturer-independent by design. Our clients deserve service that puts their interests first — not the interests of the OEM. That independence is central to who we are.
