By engaging the services of Humanoid Robot Repairs Pty Ltd (00 000 000 000), trading as HUMANOID Robot Repairs ("HRR", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all customers, whether individual owners or enterprise clients, and govern all repair, maintenance, diagnostic, parts supply, and related services provided by HRR.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not engage our services. By submitting a service booking, signing a service agreement, or leaving a device in our care, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
HRR provides repair, maintenance, diagnostic, software, firmware, and parts supply services for humanoid robots and related electromechanical systems. Our services include but are not limited to:
HRR reserves the right to decline any service request at its discretion, including where the requested work falls outside our technical competency, poses a safety risk, or relates to a device that has been tampered with, modified in an unsafe manner, or is subject to active manufacturer recall.
Service bookings may be made via our website, by telephone, or by direct arrangement with an enterprise account manager. By making a booking you confirm that you are the owner of the device or are authorised by the owner to authorise service work.
HRR will use reasonable endeavours to complete work within the timeframe quoted at the time of booking. Timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by parts availability, the complexity of the fault, or matters beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any material delays.
Uncollected devices left at an HRR premises for more than 60 days following notification of completed work may be subject to storage fees. Devices uncollected after 90 days may be disposed of in accordance with applicable Australian law, following reasonable attempts to contact the customer.
A diagnostic assessment fee applies to all jobs and is payable regardless of whether the customer proceeds with the recommended repair. Where a customer declines to proceed with repair work following assessment, HRR will return the device in the condition in which it was received.
For repair and maintenance work, a written quote will be provided prior to commencement. No work beyond the quoted scope will be undertaken without customer approval. Final invoices are payable upon collection of the device or upon completion of on-site work.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. HRR accepts payment by electronic funds transfer, credit card, and approved enterprise purchase order. Enterprise clients may be offered 30-day payment terms subject to credit approval.
HRR reserves the right to retain a device until outstanding invoices are paid in full.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, HRR's liability for any loss or damage arising from or related to the provision of services is limited to the cost of re-performing the relevant service or refunding the service fee paid, at HRR's election.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract, including statutory guarantees regarding acceptable quality and fitness for purpose.
Humanoid robots may store or generate data of a personal or commercially sensitive nature. HRR handles all customer and device data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Handling Policy, and in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By engaging our services, you acknowledge and consent to data handling as described in those policies.
You are responsible for backing up any data stored on the device prior to submission for service. HRR accepts no responsibility for data loss during the service process.
All repair work performed by HRR is covered by a six-month workmanship warranty from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in the work performed and parts supplied by HRR under the relevant job. It does not cover faults unrelated to the work performed, damage caused by misuse, or deterioration of pre-existing conditions. Full terms are set out in our Warranty Terms.
All diagnostic methodologies, tooling, documentation, reports, and technical procedures developed by HRR are the intellectual property of Humanoid Robot Repairs Pty Ltd. Written diagnostic reports provided to customers are licensed for the customer's personal or internal business use only and may not be reproduced or shared commercially without HRR's written consent.
Either party may terminate a service agreement or enterprise contract in accordance with the terms of that agreement. HRR reserves the right to immediately suspend services where a customer engages in abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct toward HRR staff or premises.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation administered by a mutually agreed mediator in Melbourne, Victoria.
Customers also have rights under applicable Australian Consumer Law which are not limited by these Terms.
HRR reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published at humanoidrr.com/terms.html. Continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Enterprise clients will be notified of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
